Established in 2004 by Daniel Mofakham, Cadan Design supplies spatial Coordination, Design, Installation and Fabrication detailing to engineering companies within the construction industry.

In 2009 we migrated to Autodesk Revit and the processes of Building Information Modelling as the new way we supply our services. We are at the forefront of expertise and trends, with a large focus on Project delivery, Digital Engineering (DE), Standards, Data Structure and Information Management.

Our experience and technical capabilities allows us to produce data rich compliant models for design and construction, embedded with all the information needed for project delivery and beyond. We work alongside some of the UKs largest construction companies, consultants, contractors, building operators, and private clients, providing them the experience and expertise to successfully deliver their projects.

Daniel is priviledged to have been invited to sit on the CIBSE society for Digital Engineering and provide assistance and advice for the standards and specifications used by the construction industry.
