Throughout our years in the industry, we have honed our expertise, allowing our clients to receive an uncompromising service. Cadan Design were approached by a private developer and builder to bring their property portfolio into an asset management environment utilising Building Information Modelling. The portfolio included a wide range of types of properties, including residential, commercial, sports and infrastructure. The projects allowed us to provide a example demonstration of the processes of BIM. Including help write their full project specification and BIM requirements, we provided concept, design, construction, laser scanning, 3d printing, prefabrication, and quantification. Our team’s knowledge allowed us to act as overall lead, coordinators, and information managers, along with helping advise the client and their other consultants to move into BIM. Over the 3 years, Cadan Design successfully delivered our clients requirements, enabling their own inhouse teams to take over and continue to build the portfolio.
